Eric Prowalski is inspired by the crystalline water of Lake Annecy and the iodine of the ocean.
From the verticality of the mountains of Savoy and the horizontality of the great expanses of Aquitaine.
Forests, smells, lights, the best products of these 2 territories which forge it on the 4 seasons.
