The establishment has held the Green Key label since 2011, the international environmental benchmark for tourist accommodation. More than 300 actions are taken every week to ensure sustainable management of water, energy and waste, with ongoing monitoring.

A cuisine based on local produce, selected according to the commitments of the producers we work with. We draw up a shared responsibility charter for our suppliers to help them improve their practices. We have installed a bio-digester to sort the green waste from all our departments.

Your efficiency, availability and responsiveness, as well as theirs, enabled all our guests to fully appreciate their stay with you... And all this always with good humour and kindness. Special thanks to Mathieu and Cédrik at the restaurant, who had their work cut out for them throughout the week with some very last-minute dietary requirements, not forgetting, of course, the kitchen team, without whom none of this would have been possible! Last but not least, thank you to Antoine! The fact that no taxi in Annecy would take us from the hotel made life very difficult for us, forcing us to anticipate every transfer, but Antoine's efficiency, not forgetting of course Mounir and his drivers, ensured that everything ran smoothly right up to the very last departure yesterday.
