Hygiene and hospitality charter


Dear guests,

Since our reopening on Friday, May 29, 2020, the Trésoms team welcomes you with peace of mind by applying the health and safety rules recommended by the authorities. Our employees are mobilized to offer you the quality of service corresponding to your expectations, while respecting social distancing.

 

Total capacity: total capacity (including staff) is 636 people according to our safety committee report.

Respect of barrier gestures: wearing a mask is compulsory. There are markings on the ground to be observed. Hydroalcoholic gel is available in the common areas. We invite you to use it. Referent: an internal referent has been appointed to ensure compliance with procedures and to answer questions from customers and employees.

Our employees: all of our employees have received personal protective equipment and are trained in reinforced disinfection procedures.

Accommodation: to limit the risks and sources of contamination, documentation in the room and in common areas has been withdrawn. When going back to bed, we will ask you to collect your personal belongings for your safety and that of our employees. When you leave, we thank you for opening the windows of your room to facilitate ventilation of the spaces.

Catering: our restaurants are open and hygiene protocols are in place while respecting social distancing measures. The cards of our restaurants are dematerialized to allow you a contactless reading. Wearing a mask is mandatory when traveling in our restaurants, so the mask must be worn between meals. The tables in our restaurants have a maximum capacity of 6 people. At the bar, as in restaurants, the mask can only be removed when you consume it.

Spa, Le Pavillon du Bien-être: the hammams in the wellness area are no longer accessible.
