Hygiene and hospitality charter

Dear customers,

The Trésoms team welcomes you in complete serenity by applying the rules of hygiene and safety recommended by the authorities. Our staff are mobilized to offer you the quality of service corresponding to your expectations, while respecting the social distance.

Total capacity: the total capacity (including staff) is 636 people according to our safety commission report.

Respect for barrier gestures: There are markings on the floor that must be respected. Hydro-alcoholic gel is available in the common areas. We invite you to use it.

Referent: an internal referent has been appointed to ensure that procedures are respected and to answer questions from customers and employees alike.

Our employees: all our employees have been provided with personal protective equipment and are trained in reinforced disinfection procedures.

Accommodation: to limit the risks and sources of contamination, documentation in rooms and common areas has been removed. When you go back to bed, we will ask you to collect your personal belongings for your safety and that of our staff. When you leave, please open the windows of your room to facilitate the ventilation of the spaces.

Catering: Our restaurant menus are dematerialised to allow you to read them without contact.
